These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of AELYST and the Agreement that operates between You (the “User”) and AELYST Technologies (the “Company”). These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all Users regarding the use of AELYST and any other related Agreement or legal relationship with the Company.
Your access to and use of AELYST is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use AELYST. By accessing or using AELYST, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not access AELYST.

“AELYST” refers to:

Requirements
By using AELYST, Users confirm to meet the following requirements:

- Users are not located in a country subject to trade sanctions or listed on restricted parties lists.
1.1 Account Registration

- Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and confidential.

- Unless otherwise specified, each User may only register one account.
Account Termination: Users may terminate their accounts at any time, subject to subscription term completion.

- By submitting content, Users grant the Company a non-exclusive license to process it solely for operating and maintaining the Service.

2. Subscription Terms
2.1 Free Trial
Users may access AELYST during a limited free trial. Trials do not automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless actively purchased.
2.2 Product Description
Prices, descriptions, and availability of Products are displayed within AELYST and may change without notice.
2.3 Payments
- Users must pay applicable fees, taxes, or charges as shown during purchase.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
- Fees are non-refundable except when required by law.
2.4 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of access.
3. Liability and Indemnification

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jakarta.
